The vine age varies between 9 and 35 years. After seven days on skins the juice is pressed to neutral French barriques (30%) and stainless steel (70%) for a 10 month maturation. The Cabernet provides the acidity and elongated tannin allowing, giving the supple Shiraz shape and structure. There's lovely fleshy fruit that floods
