This 2020 vintage comes from the Savennières appellation

Our grapes originate from very old Tasmanian vines (planted at Meadowbank in 1974) combined with Gerald's more recently planted German Riesling clones

The Château de la Carizière in La Haye-Fouassière dates to 1926

Framingham Pinot Gris 2023 over-89 A Riesling featuring ripe fruitRich gold in colour this wine delights with mellow aromatics which are reminiscent of pear apple quince dough and cream with a touch of wood smoke. On the palate generous flavours of baked apple quince cream nuts and pastry. The intense complex and rich palate balances acidity with good weight and a silky texture culminating in a spicy finish.
