Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva 2017 burklin-wolf then fermented on its skinsThe Cannonau Riserva di Olianas comes from very calcareous soils with a clayey loam texture, from the Ruina Figu vineyard. Intense aromas of red berries and spicy notes of myrtle and cocoa. On the palate it is powerful, warm and enveloping with thick and round tannins, balanced by a pleasant acidity. The finish is very long, with slightly sweet sensations and balsamic hints, supported by a pleasant sapidity.
